HOW IT ALL STARTED

The Springs Bagel Company started in 2022 with an idea while Austin was talking with friends. After only a few short months of being freshly married to his wonderful wife Sarah, Austin left his 9-5 job and took a leap of faith to provide quality bagels to the Colorado Springs community. And hence, The Springs Bagel Company was born.

The goal was and is the same today: make the best bagel possible! After many failed attempts, long hours, and sleepless nights (that turned into sleepless mornings), we are proud to share with you a bagel that we love and believe is WORTH SHARING!

  • We are an online ordering and wholesale bagel company. We do not have a storefront location (yet!) but you can order our bagels online or find our bagels at one of our bagel providers. Hold Fast Coffee, Kairos Coffee, Switchbacks - Shooks Run, and more!

  • Kinda! We take a lot of our processes from the New York Style Bagel, but we focus more on an a light airy crumb and noticeably bubbly outer shell which we like to call our Colorado twist.

  • Yes! Our Bagels are vegan friendly and do not come in contact with any meat, dairy or eggs.

  • Yes! If you are not planning on eating any that day, make sure to place them in a zip loc sealed bag and save them for days to come. Check out of freezer instructions for how to reheat them.

  • These bagels are best served fresh (same day). They may last for maximum two days, but you should freeze them and reheat if you plan on eating them in the future.

  • Plain, Everything and Toasted Sesame are the classic trio. We recently added Salt, Cheddar and Jalapeño Cheddar. And we're always dreaming up new ideas!
